Melonie Magee is an accounting professional with over 25 years of experience who has worked in private, public, and non-profit as an Accounting Executive. She worked for H&R Block conducting personal income taxes and the Indiana State Department of Health as an Auditor of the WIC clinic throughout central Indiana. Currently, Melanie is employed with Duke Energy as a Project Cost Services Cost Accountant. She earned an Associate of Science in Accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University, a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from Indiana Tech University and is currently studying for her CPA licensure. Melonie has a passion for helping others and is a committed youth mentor and caregiver who also volunteers as a tutor and financial literacy coach. Melonie was a guardian to her niece and had a direct impact in her obtaining a master’s degree in Management.
